What is your returns policy?

We wish you to be absolutely delighted with the products you buy from Islamic Artisan, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or an exchange.

For this reason we offer a generous returns period of up to 30 days from the date of purchase.  

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a reason for the return.

Unfortunately we cannot accept return of goods that are not in original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been engraved, personalised or altered.


How long does it take to receive goods?

Islamic Artisan makes every effort to ship goods on the following business day after product purchase.  We post most goods using Royal Mail Second Class delivery as standard or courier services, so your goods should be with you within 2 - 3 business days.  

An express delivery option is also available, which guarantees delivery of products the next business day.

On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you (via email) and inform you of how long the wait time is on your order; we aim to do this by the following business day.


Have you got a store that I can visit? 

Our products are exclusive, premium quality, branded and finely crafted; in order to keep our prices as low as possible and to be able to pass this benefit on to our customers we do not have a physical store presence.  We use high resolution images on our website so what you can see the fine craftsmanship and quality of our products and thus make informed choices on what you are purchasing.  Simply click on the product image to show a magnified and more detailed view.  In addition, we operate an extended refund and exchange policy of 30 days to ensure our customers are 100% happy with our art pieces. 


How do I remove myself from your mailing list?

We’re sorry to see you go!  Please email info[at]IslamicArtisan[dot]com your name and email address you would like removed and we’ll take care of it.


How can I contact Islamic Artisan?

Go to the Contact page of our website or click here and fill out the form.  It's as easy as that!


Do you deliver internationally?

Yes we do, (Islamic Artisan has fulfilled a number of enquiries from abroad) however, at present we have not yet automated this into our shopping cart.  For now, if you wish to buy from abroad, simply use the form found in the Contact tab and let us know your address and what you would like to buy and we'll calculate a delivery price and get back to you as soon as we can.


Do you do custom designs?

Unfortunately we don’t.


Having problems purchasing products?

Checkout button not working or getting the following message "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage..."

Some of our customers have experienced problems purchasing products from our website.  Most often this is due to running older versions of web browsers as our eCommerce platform is optimised to run on the latest versions and some older versions are no longer supported.  Should you experience any such problems we recommend the following set of actions:

  • Try using an alternative Internet browser, for example, Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari.

  • Try using an alternative computer

  • Try using a mobile device, for example, a mobile phone or a tablet

  • If none of these avails, then please contact us using the Contact page to outline the problem you are having and we will try our very best to help you further.
